Doraemon

Doraemon is a one of my favorite comic or manga during my primary and secondary school. Doraemon Japanese manga created by Fujiko Fujio. The manga has many chapter of short story in every volume and it also has long story of manga The manga is about an intelligent robotic cat named Doraemon, who travels back in time from the 22nd century to aid a pre-teen boy, Nobita Nobi

Nobita Nobi who is a boy always wear glasses, yellow polo shirt with a white collar, and blue shorts. He is lazy and always bullied classmates Gian and Suneo. Although he always bullied by both of them, but he still always together with them and treat them as his friends. Everytime Nobita Nobi has troubles, he always ask Doraemon for help. Doraemon always borrow him a props to help him to solve the problem, but in the end, he will screwed it or make another trouble because of he very playful and wanted to show off his props to his friends.

Doraemon is a interesting and creative manga. The Doraemon's artist,Fujiko Fujio created many props or "magic item" which can be take from his "babolat  bag". Doraemon always take out different kind of props from his babolat bag in the every chapter. Sometimes his props will repeated use but is different story line.

Doraemon has many kind of props or tools in his babolat bag. Example,Dokodemo Door,a door which allows travel to anywhere by simply going through the door, Air Cannon,a gun barrel worn on the arm used to fire a powerful burst of air which can knock out the victim when the user says “bang” and Take- Copter, tiny suction cup which can be attached to enable flight and has a short battery life. Sometime I think if these props or tools are real exist that my life will become so fun and easier. Most of the tools are really too fantasy and impossible like Small Light, is a lamp similar to a flashlight that will shrink objects and people to minuscule sizes.but I believe some tools maybe will exist in the future.

In the Doraemon manga, maybe you will thinks these tools are very useful or helpful in our daily life, but if they really exist in our reality life, I believe people will become lazier, even they will use these to get their benefits and do unethical behavior, example people can use the Dokodemo Door to rob the bank. People will rely the tools to do somethings and become lazier. Do you these props will be controlled if they really exist? For my answer is no.

By the way, Doraemon just a manga created by an artist and something that created beyond our imagination. Doraemon also bring a good fantasy imagination to our childhood memories.

Wei-Ling Gallery- Malaysian Contemporary Arts

Wei Ling Gallery was set up in May 2002 to showcase the works of Malaysian contemporary artists. Wei-Ling Gallery is located at 8 Jalan Scott, Brickfields in Kuala Lumpur and Wei-Ling Contemporary is loacted at Ground Floor, Gardens Mall.

I went to Wei-Ling Gallery at Brickfields few days ago. There are a lot of artworks were display in the Wei Ling Gallery. I did not understand most of the art and some are not really appreciate on their artwork but some artwork are quite interesting for me.
The titile of this painting is call Waiting for the Moon. There are four Muslims in the painting and you can see few different type of moons on top which like a process of moon changing the view. If you see closely, you will see a "Twisties" on the top left corner. Twisties is a popular crunchy corn snack available in cheese, chicken, barbecue, tomatoes and eventually "kari" flavour. I don't know why the artist added the Twisties on top, but I believe maybe he wanted to present the hidden meaning. Maybe he is there a gap or relationship between Twisties and Muslims ??

There are some Indelible Markings. It's Working with a variety of mixed media, he drips and splashes the medium onto the canvas in a seemingly random manner. His canvases exude an ethereal mood that is both abstract and poetic at the same time.

This painting is call 'Fall'. I can understand because it is obviously that we can see there is a person seem like falling from the 'sky'.

This painting is call 'Mother'. I really don't know why is painting call 'Mother', is my art sense not enough or artist too "pro"? This painting is too abstract. I can't get it what does it mean.Actually there were still have many abstract painting I did't not understand...
Kedai Hiburan (Who let the black dog out II)                    Kedai Hiburan (Who let the black dog out III)

This painting is finished by an artist, Ahmad Shukri Mohamed. The theme was came from "Toys".
This painting seem a bit racist? ><

By the way, this art gallery actually gave me a lot of inspiration. I think I'll use, exert them in my works although I not understand what they wanted to mean or represent.

The Goose with the Golden Eggs

Once upon a time, a man and his wife had the good fortune to have a goose which laid a golden egg every day. Lucky though they were, they soon began to think they were not getting rich fast enough.

They imagined that if the bird must be able to lay golden eggs, its insides must be made of gold. And they thought that if they could get all that precious metal at once, they would get mighty rich very soon. So the man and his wife decided to kill the bird.

However, upon cutting the goose open, they were shocked to find that its innards were like that of any other goose! The goose had no golden eggs inside of its at all, and they had no more golden eggs.

The lesson that we can lean from this story Goose That Laid Golden Egg is the folly of being over greedy which leads to destruction of the source of benefits to a person. In this story the owner of the goose that lays golden egg is not satisfied with with just the golden eggs that the goose lays from time to time. He wants to get a lot more gold, a lot more quickly, and in the hope getting at once all the gold, that he believe, the goose has within its body, kills the goose. But he finds no gold. This way he is also lose of the golden eggs that the goose was capable of laying in future.

Worst Logo FAILS Ever

We all know the most important marketing tools is a good logo design. It not only provides an easy to recognize identity for our business but also communicates who we are. So every company consider creating or buying a logo design should know the criteria that make for an effective logo.

The first feature of a good and effective logo is that it can immediately grab viewer’s attention. The logo should have an immediate impact and hold the viewer’s attention.
For example :
However, if the logo did manage to catch the viewer’s eye, that doesn't necessary mean we are doing good. There might be a hidden ''connotation'' that you cannot see at first sight.

Here the example of Worst Logo Fails of all time which probably didn't look so bad at first sight.

This is an actual logo designed in 1973 for the Catholic Church’s Archdiocesan Youth Commission. It even won an award from the Art Directors Club of Los Angeles.

'A-Style' logo was born well before the line of clothing – designed in 1989 and marketed in Italy since 1999. It was in fact an invention of his creator who began to attack Italian cities with stickers on a yellow background with A-Style logo followed by other cities including Miami , Moscow and London. The newspapers and television began to be interested in the strange appearances of the logo, and soon the company started marketing their products under the brand A-Style.

Besides 'A', you will see another meaning of this symbol. - IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN

The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) is an independent Office of the Treasury. Sometimes you need to shift your view to realize the error.
Emm....I wonder how the mouse look like

Now you know why Mr. Satellite looks so happy.

Look at that ASS

Body or dancing??

ARHH.... what a good position...

Photo & Retouch

Being a photographer and retoucher almost anything is possible, only the imagination sets the limit. They can be involved in the whole process from idea, lighting, shooting, retouch to final image. Having an understanding of each step of the process creates a coherent end result but they can also be part of a project as a retoucher.

Erik Johansson is a photographer and retouch artist from Sweden. He use photography as a way of collecting material to realize the ideas in his mind. His works are very creative and impressive. He have had do his personal and commissioned works. He also have worked with Google and Microsoft too.

This is video is about the behind the scene of Cut and Fold
This photo was spend a lot of time and energy that face to the computer to retouch and make it done. We must have certain professional of skill and experience to create our own good work by using our own creativity.
Below are the Erik Johansson other creative works,

We need to learn and explore by ourselves,  find our inspiration by using our own way to do own works and we'll all can be like Erik Johansson.

Creative To Use Old Things

In our life, there are a lot of reusable things around us, included they are broken or old and somethings even they cannot function anymore like computer, old racket, old luggage, even the broken door and more. Although they look unremarkable and useless, actually they are be reuse and useful. We can use them to make them become another things. This activity is green and save money. Besides that, it's not only can increase our environmental awareness, this is also a good way to let us be creative and increase our creativity sense.

Turn an old piano into an outdoor water fountain

Old luggage become toilet mirror cabinet

CPU casing become mailbox

Old small refrigerator turn into cupboard

Old tennis racket combined with mirror become one of the house decoration

Old bottle, cup, glass or plastic container turn into the lamp cover

Old broken door turn into the cosmetic mirror

There are hundred or thousand of ideas to explore them. Only if we use our brain to think about it and everyone can be a creative person.
